Centrix Builders were hired to remediate several different water intrusion related problems, stemming from the original construction of the (9) floor over parking building.  Such issues included leakage through the exterior plaster skin, sheet metal flashing problems, and leaking exterior doors and windows.  There were also water intrusion problems with the PTAC units, and extensive interior restoration issues that were addressed in our scope of work
