Jackson Courtyard
Centrix Builders was hired to complete a (45) unit project in Oakland that had been taken back by a construction lender. The entire exterior skin of the building had to be replaced (roofing, waterproofing systems, plaster and windows), there were building permit problems, structural problems, acoustical problems and code violations that were all corrected as part of the repair scope.  The building has mechanical parking for (45) cars and ground floor retail space.
