Having recently completed award winning schemes in San Francisco and the East Bay we are currently involved in the pre-construction phases of various luxury residential condominium developments in San Francisco including two 60 + unit buildings and one 113 unit mixed use development. We are Owner / Developer on each of these projects.
As General Contractor for third party clients, we are able to apply our expertise and understanding of the entire life cycle of the development process from conceptual project planning and budgeting thru to unit punch processes to accommodate multi unit development clients. We are also able to offer clients open book cost accounting ensuring that any and all construction cost savings are passed back to our clients.
